So fun thing to do:
- Do a humans vs elves world.
- When the humans inevitably win, make sure you save enough clan elves by magneting them out of the fray and let humans capture.
- With your surviving elves, which are now citizens of said human kingdom, go full subterfuge. Use your long elf lives to have that clan grow, then possess them and strategically assassinate every human clansmen until your elf clan is the most renown in the kingdom, so you steal city leader positions.
- Since elves can never be converted, your elf city leaders will spread the unbroken chain trait to the humans.
- Then kill the king's line that hasn't adopted your culture and finally, the king.
- Your elf clan, once conquered, now rules over the humans who defeated them. Revenge complete.
Oh, you'll need a human king who's adopted your elven culture. Make it so before doing the dirty deed of stealing the throne.
Elven Usurpation should be an achievement award.

Something else that could be great is few new weapons, especially ranged weapons.
Sling , pilum , throwing axe , crossbow and arquebuse could be great addition with pros and cons ( for exemple pilum and throwing axe probably have shorter range and a slower rate of fire but they would probably deal a bit more damage moreover the ability to be used as a lesser melee weapons. Crossbow have better range and damage but slow reload speed)
Blowgun could be great
for melee weapons something that could be great is to add shield and a difference between 2 handed weapons and 1 handed weapons

I haven’t tried but I bet it could be a mod, it’s literally a simple python script lol. You put it in your save folder, run the command in terminal, but you also need the custom map size mod and set that mod to the size you want (I’ll link it in a sec)
