In worldbox, theres a loot-money system

Units get loot from harvesting crops and stuff, road tiles, participating in building, claiming land, ect.
Loot is converted to money after taxes are paid. Say 20 percent is paid to village leader in tax, the rest of the units money goes from loot to money,

In order for units to get food to eat, they must pay 5 coins to get it. Or if they are a child or starving(under 50% health), they get it for free.

Units will NOT be able to convert their loot to money if theres no village leader to pay taxes to, meaning everyone’s stuck with loot and no money
This equals a poor lower population with the same financial power
(attribute of communism)

They will work in farms to generate food they can’t afford to buy, leading them to get below 50 percent starvation in order to get the food they worked to produce for free, so units are forced to work for the collective good and will never benefit in money for more individual work

Plus since theres no leader to collect, the society belongs to the people

1. Spawn them in Apart (If they are the Same Species).
2. Don't want them to Reproduce/Have Offspring, so I give them Infertile Trait, and then Disable their Egg, Gestation, Reproduction Subspecies Traits.
3. Want them with All Golden Chromosones; I assume I can use the Mutagenic Gene as a Substitute to the Golden Amplifiers (as per the Wiki), but it would later Mutate their Traits if they Age/Reproduce?
