Otherwise, if you only have your iOS device, it's impossible to install maps on iOS because the operating system refuses to give you access to the game files that you'd need to insert the map into.

The idea is to try and work with existing data as much as possible. It's hard to put it all into one message especially while I'm driving but the basic idea is the gold of a unit can be spent on food, resources, or items based on a number of factors. Trade ships would actually carry goods and offload them for loot/gold then bring it back to the home city. Every village and kingdom would have a calculated gdp based off of the money flowing through it. That's just the basics and not very descriptive
