Whenever you create a new world, pause it and run the building destroyer tool over it, that destroys the beehives.

Idk if they randomly pop back up, but that should at the very least get rid of the ones that were there when the world was created.

Also going to each subspecies of them and adding the grin mark trait can help if you want to occasionally cull their populations by turning the world law for it on.

Also make their harmony thing limited to 50 members so they don’t make a lot
