If you have Apple, you can't.

If on Android, go to the pins in this channel and follow the instructions. Personally I found you might not be able to find the mkarpenko folder without a file management app, but it depends on your phone

You can just make a new folder named "save4"

Also make sure that the map file itself is exactly named "map.wbox"

If you didn't add the preview image in the folder, the thumbnail will show up as blue in the load menu but the map can still be loaded normally

if you want to install a map, just type "%appdata%" into your windows search bar, you'll usually end up in the roaming folder, exit that folder and you'll end up in the appdata folder (there should be 3 folders. Local, Local-Low, and Roaming). Enter Local-Low and open the "mkarpenko" folder. Then enter "Worldbox" and click on "saves", create a new folder titled "save{number}", insert the map files into it and load up worldbox. The save the map is in will correspond with the number you put for the save (for example, a file named "save14" will be the 14th saved world)

as well as the new stationary mobs that act like tumors

so you can make tiles of entirely pumpkin/robot thing

I was worried it was going to be it's own separate thing because they seem to revert to their original terrain type when converted back to the grassland biome

They're classified under a soil high or low, but are their own types

so high = forest generally
and low = grass

soil_high:grass_high is the id for the grasslands forest for instance

make a save. close the app. press windows-R type %appdata% go back to well appdata on the top. press(locallow ,mkarpenko , worldbox, save) then the save that you made like 1 or 2 or 3 depending on what slot you pick. then delete the files exept the image. slide the file in. and it most likely work.

Hey, well I tried to install a map on Steam version following your advices. Creating a save going in the appdata place and replace every files of the save with the map. When I try to launch the save it just freeze the game and almost crash the computer so, any idea why ?

Just as many people said, you download the map, you create a save and close the game, you go in %appdata%/roaming/locallow/.../save

You open a save and erase all the files and place your map, then you launch the game and the save and it should works. Me it crash.

Look up %appdata%\ in your files, then click on the arrow next to AppData and open Locallow. There should be a file called mkarpenko. In there is Worldbox and your saves. For a downloaded map, make a new save file, name it "save[latest save number]", and put the map file in there

@fiery void For now Steam Cloud will handle anything PC-side but to move between platforms (I go between PC and Android all the time) you do need to move the files back and forth. WorldBox saves are in your Appdata/Locallow on PC and in the Android folder for worldbox on your phone. Not sure aboit IOS

If you mean where to put them they go in: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\LocalLow\mkarpenko\WorldBox\saves
You'll find folders in there with each save game (save 1, save 2 etc). Just replace the map.wbox in whichever save folder you choose.
