I’m currently making my own map from scratch, I started with just a flat plot of soil with no water

I’m using mostly earthquakes bombs and some basic terraforming tools to clean it up

Also all of the major landmasses use the default grass biome, but all the plants and trees are from other biomes, so there will not be a biome clash or anything

This map is meant to be very disaster resistant

Hey just a disclaimer I'm new here so this might be known but a lot of these maps that say they aren't mobile friendly actually are....I have a One Plus 13r Snapdragon Elite and I've been able to run 24x11 maps consistently with 0 issues

Like I've even pushed and downloaded a highly detailed 32x whatever it was map and it works fine very little lag until you start spawning thousands of units like 15k it might slow just a bit

Well I'd probably say the races are default units along the map since I'll make 2 versions of these
The main one would be the blank slate with the races scattered all over in their respective regions(Like Lunarians are found on the Redline, Giants on Elbaf etc.)
The second one is current to the story of One Piece so accurate characters, countries etc.
And the goroseis+imu are also default for both since they're immortal beings

Coming back to this map. How do you think that the coastlines look, especially with the dark swamps on the northeastern continent? I'm thinking of highlighting them somehow, but don't really know how. If there was murky water or something, I would paint it with that. Using deep water next to the coast would feel weird, although maybe I should try it

I trimmed the desert again so you can see more of the sand

Deep water might blend in better with the swamp. I have erosion turned off ofc because I don't want every coast to be sand

The details are impressive! I love the combination of the simple forms of the dominant (large main landmasses when viewed from a distance) and a bunch of subdominants in the form of these details like islands with crab claws playing chess. It's a win-win strategy
