the only push of the Goliaths are that they need like half the crew and have 16x the cargo space

Goliaths are just massive cargo pods from the largest Lionheart freighters with a cockpit and engine module strapped to them
Antares also have the ability to actually swap out entire pods
with the old but very venerable F class pods with all the facilities to land 4-6 fighters
