It’s not in-pain ofc since the pouch would be outside of its stomach and it’s driven via the use of some Farley high-tech device’s placed into it at birth

Salutations 🌚 this right here is an illustration to help myself understand what one of my stories will be about. I call this “The Self Portrait”, it’s not a self portrait of me but instead a self portrait of a day to day civilian who’s a creative artist. In this piece it represents the person they once were (the person in the middle) and the being that they’ve evolved into. They don’t like their past self but love the new thing they’re becoming 🌚. I think this kind of art could use more composition. i get what you've done with the focal point and contrast, but analysing great pantings shows us that the most important thing in portraying a story or emotion, is the composition.

Remember that colors convey feelings based on what color they are contrasted with. for example, in this art you've made, red and green are seen on the outside. Since red is contrasted with green, it conveys passion, but if it was contrasted to a more "sad" or "dangerous" color, it would mean danger or anger.

So the idea here is to use more contrast from the red and green from the inside, to the outside, to help convey the feeling.

I wouldn't know how to give a solid idea about the composition, but I think studying paintings that try to convey a story will give you an idea. (Although, I'm sure you're doing exactly that.)

You could move it up a bit more and make it a little thicker, or longer, because if you were to draw it straight down the torso it’ll probably end up looking a little short and out of place, even with perspective in mind. But everything else looks pretty good to me!
I love the little detail in the hair, very cool.
Gives gentle pats as to not mess up.

I've been hoping on and off this server, and I've been seeing your stuff for a long time. My advice here is to study shapes and perspective, because a lot of areas just look "flat" like it's paper, not 3D. Another thing, and remember that any of this may just be a style choice, but it's also lacking anatomy. I'll use this drawing as an example in another message because this one is getting long lol :D

Fist, the 3D notion, the direction she's facing is not really clear. I'd say that her left eye would be more distorted by perspective, and her left cheek volume would be visible. (Although, not drawing the cheek volume may be a stylistic choice.) and the overall planes and shape of her face aren't clear, so the way she's facing gets confusing.
her ear, and this might be just your style, isn't supposed to be so high up. It's told that human ears follow a strict line up with our eyes, but if you take the shapes into consideration, her head (a circle) would curve, and her ear wouldn't be exactly in line with her eyes. (Study the planes of the human face for a better understanding.) Also, for some guidance, ears are ALWAYS curved.

remember that a hair consists of layers and sections, if her head was facing that direction, her hair wouldn't be visible like that. Instead, i would keep her bang as it is, and make the lower section peek from the side of her face, although, like i said, the way she's facing is not really clear.

You'll also need to pay attention to the little details, like how the end of her sleeve needs to be curved, because it's clinging to a cylinder (her arm), and how the shadows should follow the 3d shapes.

Her arms aren't property connected to her torso, and lack a lot of anatomy. I'd suggest you take a look at human anatomy to understand this deeper.

Anyway, keep up drawing, man! I'll always check it out once in a while :)
