The Viking forces were led by a Norse chieftain named Ragnar Lothbrok.
Ragnar's fleet of 120 Viking ships, carrying thousands of men, entered the Seine in March and sailed up the river.
The Frankish king Charles the Bald assembled a smaller army in response but after the Vikings defeated one division, comprising half of the army, the remaining forces retreated.

Not mobile friendly. Set it so lava is always on to preserve compass and Mt. Doom. Recommend turning off biome overgrowth and erosion. This was a fun project to try new mapmaking techniques. Far too long ago, the Ancient Builders, a race of supreme humanoids, ruled over the world with a fierce command. One day, an alien threat known as The Tumorian came to the world and wrecked havoc, nearly leading the Ancient Builders to extinction. The most powerful mage, with the power of all other mages to exist, initiated a spell that would reset the world back to its original state, thousands of years before the creation of the Ancient Builders.
This spell would not kill The Tumorian. It was far too powerful. The Mage, in a sacrifice, locked away The Tumorian on a blessed island, hoping it would never be freed again. Just like that, he turned to ash and died.
However, the Ancient Builders were not killed. They had fled to the gigantic cavern mountain just as The Tumorian attacked. Using their magical knowledge of biomes, they created a paradise; an inpenetrable bunker. This would not last for long however, as the Icebergian God appeared, and enraged at the Ancient Builder's cockiness and selfishness, he ended them all.
💀 
Thinking that the paradise that lays at the end of the caverns should be a prize for the most powerful of heroes, he built a powerful defense mechanism. Using the Ancient Builder's bridges to his advantage, he put a necromancer, Derp'thuzad, in a defensive position at the entrance of the caverns. In the caverns themselves, not only did he create a labyrinth, but also created Apollyon and his three demonic towers, who would keep creating demons. Apollyon would rule the area with power and blade.
Nowadays, the Ancient Builders evolved into 4 races:
Humans, representing the versatility of the Ancient builders
Orcs, representing the strength and fierce rule of the Ancient Builders
Elves, representing the riches and elegancy of the Ancient Builders
Dwarves, representing the creativity and building of the Ancient Builders.
A thousand years have passed since the great threat. You are the Icebergian God, and now, the world faces an Untimely Demise at your hands. What will you do?

Eons ago, the Icebergian God was shaping up the world. While many isles filled the planet, he wished for a center; a hub. And so, he created the Mainland. The Mainland however, was empty. The Icebergian God proceeded to fill it with nature, environment, biomes, caves, resources and many gems. He even called it Mithril Island once, for its abundance in Mithril. However, he wanted all these resources to be protected. As such, he created Ursus, the bear demi-god. Ursus is a bear like no other, and fighting him is nigh impossible. Legends say armies would be needed to kill the beast. Luckily, it simply just guards the inner mountains, with no taste for human flesh.
The Mountains on the center of the Mainland are large and take up a lot of space. Surrounded by rivers, plains, swamps and lakes, they stand tall. The mountains are filled with snow and crystals on the inside, and the crystals are well guarded by Grod Brab of the Gem, an ancestor of the Ancient Builders who ended up here. The Mountains have also come to be home of the Cold Ones, and their leader, Memak the Unfrozen, who has laid there dormant for over a hundred years.
As the 4 ancestorial races of the Ancient Builders slowly expanded over the planet, they've now ended up on the shores of the Mainland, all on nearby islands. Well allied for now, only time will tell should they fight eachother and come victorious, or should they ally, and create a prosperous region.
The world is filled with outside threats aswell, however. On the nearby corrupted dark island lies Varkin and his band of skeletons. North, on the hellish isle, lies E'ravel, Hand of Apollyon. He was sent here by Apollyon himself to watch over the 4 races.
You are the Icebergian God, and now, you've come back to the Mainland. Bearly a Mainland, that is. What will you do?

Ages ago, the Icebergian God was shaping up the world. Uncreative and bored at the time, he simply created a set of plain isles, hoping someone else would take the lead from there. Then came along a Druid, 5 thousand years later. This Elven Druid was a man very in touch with nature. He loved nature so much in fact, he always explored the world, hoping to find more of it. When he found the boring set of isles, he was disappointed, but an idea sparked in his head. Over the years, he slowly and slowly gained more power, to the point he could change nature itself. Using his staff, he gave each island its own biome.
Eventually, the druid got weaker, and perished. But his work persisted. Here we are today, with the 15 islands still uncolonized. Now being noticed by outsiders, and even the Icebergian God himself (you), it is up to fate to see what happens.
This time I decided to try a different style of terrain, with no vortex on shores and rivers, and thicker shores while having thinner rivers. I hope you guys like it!

I'm back with another map, this time I made a drawing based off the CSW map of the Eastern Kingdoms, using the worldbox pallete, and then converted it to a Worldbox map!
I hope you guys enjoy this, I put a few hours of work into it. Here you have a version with biomes and one without biomes.
One error is that for whatever reason, some of the shores have little bits of snow on them. This shouldn't happen since for the shores, I only used the exact sand color (from a pallete), but the converter gave me the middle finger, so sadly we're going to have to deal with that.
( Note: I've already uploaded this on SteamWorkshop. Any attempt to re-upload will be met with a take down :p )
( Map is 12x20, so it will most likely not run on mobile. The map does not use mods. )

Back again, this time with a HUMONGOUS and HUGE warhammer map! (damn you @spice zealot). Here we have versions with and without biomes, but in both we have super accurate and nice looking mountains, forests, rivers, lakes, etc.
I spent too much time on this, so I definitely hope you enjoy it. One thing to take in mind is that this will LAG unless you have a beefy computer. Mobile is OUT OF THE QUESTION! This little boy is 25x19! As much as I'd want it to be smaller, it would only let me go with this size if I wanted the map converted, so again, damn you @spice zealot.
Again, take in mind this will NOT run on mobile and you'll need a decent computer to play on this map!

I'm back with more cool Warcraft stuff, this time Kalimdor! Filled with lore-accurate and interesting rivers, mountains, lakes, isles, etc. We have a version with and without biomes.
I did manage to make the bot obey this time, so the map is 12x20, a nice value that should run easily on PCs. Mobiles will have issues but when do they not have issues?

🥶 Back again, with Northrend this time. Using Ethenil's Altcraft Northrend map as a base, this map features lore accurate and very nice looking mountains, rivers, lakes and so on. This one even has a few additional walls for the huge structure areas.
The map stands at 24x12, being around 50% bigger than an Iceberg map. It will likely not run on most mobiles but have fun. It is a chonky boy as can be seen. There is a version with biomes and one without biomes. Have fun! ( #🌐✔cool-maps access when?? )

Back again with another warcraft map, this time based off Ethenil's Altcraft Outland map. This one is especially a fun one because it features far less water bodies and instead is a lot more land based. It also features "corridors" that lead to outer isles. The map features lore-accurate rivers, lakes, biomes, etc.
The map is a pretty solid 16x16, so it may not run on mobiles, but should definitely run well on PC. As usual, we have a version with biomes and one without 'em.
Next is Draenor, the last locational map I'll do for Warcraft. After that I'm going to start a pretty huge 25x25 project which will be the ENTIRETY of Azeroth as a Worldbox map! It's going to be a fun one. Once again, I've spent a while on this, so I hope you enjoy it. Have fun!

Now, before you bash my head in and say that it looks ugly... yes, but it's practical!
The "equal-area"-ness of it allows the territories of each country to be correct relative to one another, so that northern nations aren't overpowered!
Since this map is 30x15, it will most likely be laggy on weaker PCs (like mine).
Hopefully, I'm doing this right!

My final WoW locational map for now. I've so far finished Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, Northrend, Outland and now Draenor. You could call Draenor a version of Outland that has the normal sea stuff, although it's also largely different in terrain and biomes.
This map is a pretty generic fantasy map, and a solid 16x16 like outland. It will not run well on mobiles but should run well on PC. As usual, we have a version with biomes and one without 'em.
Next is the BIGGEST so far, which will be a 25x25 map of the ENTIRETY of Azeroth and WoW's terrain! So buckle up boys! I've spent a while on this, so I hope you enjoy it. Have fun!

Description : Urzikstan, a country located in the Caucasus Region, bordering the Black Sea. The Urzik peninsula is one of the most dangerous place in the world, the geographic zone is mainly composed of deadly mountains and arid deserts, making the region hard to live in.

desc. a map to fill out most of your trait editor! having trouble with some traits, or just want to unlock and play around with traits without going through the trouble of finding them? this map contains a unit with king of kings, the broken, the accomplished, a demon with 10 traits to unlock the demon, and two units with most if not all clickable traits
whats missing? easier acheivements such as let's not etc. as i cant fit that much into a large map
instructions: the units you want to inspect are in the four cells in the middle, the orc king gives the accomplished, the broken, and king of kings, the demon gives the demon acheivement, and the two other regular human units have good/bad traits that replace eachother respectively. (such as fast and slow)
remember to CLICK on the traits to unlock them in the editor!

Description : The Peninsula is a mysterious island which we don't know the exact location, but the weather and the plants on it seems to indicate that the island is maybe nearby Canada. Description : The "Terres Maudits" is an archipelago of many islands, but especially 4 main Islands :
- "New Siberia", northern Island, composed of a large taïga forest.
- "Terra Ventus", southern Island, composed of many different landscapes and a volcano.
- "Metropolis", Island at the center, composed of plains, deserts and savanas.
- "Gemland", Island at the far east, mainly composed of crystals and several rocks "isles".
It is very strange and unknown why there are so many different biomes located in a single tiny place.
Story : The "Terres Maudits" archipelago is very mystical and mysterious. An urban legend tells that the whole archipelago appeared from nowhere, in the Atlantic Ocean. More precisely inside the Bermuda Triangle, explaining the lack of technology and the very few people knowing the existence of this cursed archipelago. Although, it was discovered by some French in 1967, explaining why it has a french name : "Terres Maudits" meaning "Cursed Lands". But France has never claimed these Islands, because of the danger that the Bermuda Triangle represents. Another urban legend tells that the archipelago is a creation of Cthulhu, the omnipotent cosmic entity itself.
i don't know if it's mobile friendly but i think it's unlikely.

Steam Name: Attack on Zombie Mountain
A great evil has befallen the Kingdoms of the south, and so they have sent their greatest heroes to plunder the riches in the mountain overlooking the fallen Human mining colony.
No one knows what happened to Mine Town. The people are gone. The mountain is sealed. There is no one left to tell their story. But the Kingdoms need the Adamantine buried within and they will risk everything to get it.
Will the Elves, Humans, Dwarves, and Orcs, put aside their differences and band together to claim the treasure? Or will it be a race to the mountain gates, and a free for all when they release what the Humans of Mine Town sealed within?
World Laws:
Biome Overgrowth – Off
Erosion – Off
Natural Disasters/World Events – If you are playing my game scenario be warned they could interfere with Zombies in the mountain, making things harder or easier. This is up to you.
Game Rules:
- Start species at the bottom of the map.
- When Kingdoms have made their way to the mountain get ready for the Zombie attack.
- When you are ready for the Zombie Attack place the Golden Brain on the island created by the fork in the river to the east. (Check images for location.)
- There are three TNT charges embedded in the mountain. Ready your lightning bolt and choose to blow one, two, or three. Experiment with scenarios.
- Watch chaos ensue. Help or don’t. Force peace between the Kingdoms or let them fight each other and the Zombie Horde. The choice is yours.
- Or do none of that, delete the Zombies and just enjoy the map!!

This map is my attempt at making a full on world about "everything in worldbox". Here you will find:
🔷 a symmetrical starter island, to start four civilizations on (or start them elsewhere?)
🌲 all 14 biomes in the game
⚔️ bosses and minibosses (findable in favorites)
🌋 all placeable world items (geysers, hostile buildings, etc)
The further out from the center, the less certain survival becomes. Especially for the four corner islands:
🦠 Glor'kint is a disgusting, barely hospitable acid covered mess of an island. Not for the strong of smell.
🧊 Freoth is so cold, everything happens in slow motion. all who enter have never returned. Home to the highest peak in Multagros.
🔥 Volcanox is a hot mess. It's so hot, the tectonic plates have melted it into several islands. It was almost just named "hell".
🍭 Sweetkint looks much sweeter than it is. The strongest boss lives here, and it's geysers will melt you like chocolate.
This world can be played with any world laws. None of them will drastically affect things, but bosses might get flung off their islands if natural disasters is on.
