Although right now you can actually kill off everyone in their kingdom to ensure that she'll become king. Just go to kingdom traits and give them the grin mark. She won't be affected since she's not in the kingdom

You must have at least 3 villages and at least 1000 total population in your world. Otherwise Greg won't spawn.

Make sure every village has a mine. Greg only spawns in mines. What the game does is that it randomly picks a village in your world and tries to find a mine inside it for Greg to spawn. If there isn’t a mine in that village then the game will just skip that disaster. If you have 10 villages and only one of them has a mine, then your chances of spawning Greg will be cut to 1/10 and make sure the other disasters in world tab are on.

Give the dude madness too.

Being a king also gives them XP every year.

I'd suggest that you use stronger enemies.

Every hit = 2 xp.

Each kill by default gives = 10 XP.

There's also traits in subspecies tab and genes you can modify to make them have negative fertility or none at all.

If you want to skip the genes and subspecies hassle, just use the trait rain feature to specifically make it rain infertile traits on the humans.

Copper equipment is pretty rare, and copper jewelry is pretty much impossible: they cost the same amount of material as bronze but have strictly worse stats, so civilizations will opt for bronze almost all the time..
