I just tried it again and it worked for some reason and I got the achievement. But I still can't activate the fucking forbidden knowledge thing. This is such an odd decision to hide it behind such a tedious task... Wait, don't tell me I have to do this every time I want to use forbidden knowledge... Just once and then I can activate it forever by just clicking on it right? I don't have to sacrifice exactly 317 elves every time, right?

forbidden knowledge will only be activated on maps u specificly activate it on, however you will only need to press/click the eye in the world laws menu to activate it on other maps once sacrificing 314 elves the first time

Every time I use my favorite biome, the celestial one, cities never grow up, no interesting technology or anything, no monuments, no statues, sometimes no houses or barely any house at all, is it normal?

How can I fix it?

It might be with your culture traits. If that is not the reason, then it's probably celestial trees. They cannot be cut down and are really big

I also find the trees annoying because they are not translucent so they hide the things units do
