if you mean the traits in the harmony category, they’re just population limiters

they’ll spread on their own eventually

gender ratio also matters for population growth, which sometimes ends up skewed after war

also wars between species work as if you had the angry villagers world law enabled

the xenophobic culture trait extends that logic to wars between subspecies as well

In order for them to split culture, religion or language, it has to be about 500 years old, the person who is doing it must be a village leader from a different clan and must have the ambitious trait or the inspired status effect

When my kingdoms go to war they pretty mcuh kill everyone in each settlement, even if they are the same race, it results in settlements being depopulated and idk how to keep the army unites attacking only army units, alsp I wish the religions, cultures, and languages worked like how culture used to, spreading only as far as the land could take fhem, I use to put the smaller cultures on a seperate island away from the main continent ans then tbat culture got to exist as long as the island existed but not anymore cultures and languages and etc can travel across the ocean and now I csnt preserve any of the small ones ans I get one universal and I missed having all my different cultures and etc and being able to preserve fhem

if you mean placing buildings and roads manually, you can't place buildings, but you can use the finger tool to copy road tiles and drawing them wherever you want.

2. Now go to your phone’s "settings" application, after that find/search an factory system application called "Files" (has a darker blue background with a big white folder in the center of the icon), then click it,
3. you will be showed the "app info" screen after clicked the "Files" application, find the three dots button,
4. After you see the three dots button, click the three dots button and then if it has an "uninstall updates" option there, make sure to choose the option (wait until the uninstalling process is done and completed to avoid a mistake),
5. Now open the third-party application (File Manager) and allow it to manage files,
6. Find the "Android" folder and open it, then open the data folder,
7. You'll see some popup, touch "ok"/"yes" and also touch the "use this folder" button at bottom without opening any files that are showing,
