6. Find the "Android" folder and open it, then open the data folder,
7. You'll see some popup, touch "ok"/"yes" and also touch the "use this folder" button at bottom without opening any files that are showing,

You can turn off rebellions in world laws.
If it wasn't a rebellion, then just keep them close when you spawn them. You can erase kingdoms with the scissor tool and use dust to make them forget a kingdom so they won't remake it

I turned off the rebellion it works on humanoid species but it doesn't work with other species like Mages they keep building a new kingdom
