Pretty sure it just gives a random animal subspecies in your world the ability to make civilizations with the frontal cortex and may also evolve animals into their humanoid counterparts. I’m pretty sure the only way the default races can evolve (humans, orcs, elves, dwarves) is through the rite of ascension which is a separate method.

Otherwise, if you only have your iOS device, it's impossible to install maps on iOS because the operating system refuses to give you access to the game files that you'd need to insert the map into.

And there is the rebelling kingdom, which i have sourranded with mountains, and it has 2500 people.

Ive changed the personalities of both kings to be diplomatic and to have high diplomatic stat.

The rebellion war started naturally.
And still, the king refuses to start the "peace talks" plot.
