once you activate the revelation of the void thing, you cant gain achievements in the world you activated it on

meaning that yes, you unlock everything, but none of the actual achievements for the stuff is unlocked

How do i make a villager join the military forcefully

It's either you can't or you just give them like traits for fighting and then a bunch of like armour and weapons and s*** and they probably end up joining sooner or later depending on. You know if they're already fighting a war in the living population or if you have a cultural trait that conscripts primarily men or women depending on what the villager's gender is, I don't know how you can make them join forcefully but there's certain situations where an average villager would join the military of a village

It doesn't matter how you get them to go to war, just that they do (hate, whisper of war, xenophobia, etc). The important part is that you must view the war in the War menu to obtain the achievement.
