The first is that you should have started with an orc that had 2 traits apart from savage, regen, golden tooth wise or any other trait you can give them
The second is that the Immortal trait blocks plague, which makes it harder to reach the required number to traits

Units get dragonslayer, one of the traits you need, by slaying a dragon. The best way to do this is to spawn a red mage and a dragon but give the dragon tiny and cursed
