So, all you have to do is possess a creature, control it, go to this human you want to add the crippled trait to, and battle them until they show a sad face without getting stunned. This means he managed to acquire the crippled trait. But if he only managed to acquire the one-eyed trait, try again, but without trying to kill him, Make sure it rains blood so that the human cannot die. Now, for the burnt trait, just set it on fire and wait for it to develop the burning effect. Also, make sure it rains blood so it can't die until it acquires the trait Burned.
