Ik you really experienced at making maps but what I usually do to make it easier is by starting with the whole world as shallow ocean then make an outline of land with sand, dirt or forest (which ever you prefer, I usually do sand) then fill in the whole outline with sand. Next make an outline of the second type of land you use and then fill in and repeat as you like. Damn that kinda turned into a whole lesson but ig this can be helpful for everyone?

Also do same for ocean

I would recommend watching @nimble marlin YouTube videos. Very helpful and good maps
