it suffers from a number of issues however

while it is more stable than its rivals, its army is weaker, its country is less numerous and it only controls two enchanted biomes

one of them being blockadable by Spain if they wish so

lastly we have Italy

it is a fairly wealthy country with an army weaker than the French one, but still quite strong

it also has fairly defensible borders

and holds an advantage with its fairly good enchanted biome coverage (3 enchanted biomes in the north)

it's also more stable than France and Spain, it's potential rivals

jama'at nasr is consolidating their gains

while azawad has just captured the most important isis stronghold

and seems to be defeating the islamists in the north aswell

the civil war in Ukraine is going back and forth

however, the Russian-backed government forces are making progress in the west

while fighting rages over chernihiv

new treaties are signed between Russia and Transitiria, Russia officially recognizes the independence of the breakaway state and essentially makes it its puppet

meanwhile in Mali, Mauritania and Niger are concerned with the Islamist threat, and so they decide to send valuable supplies and men to the fight in Mali
