God I hate this Vitality level 3 requirement for medstation 3, why do I need to suck at the game to progress? for 3 wipes in a row now I've been unable to get medstation 3 before level 35 because I just don't lose fights enough and have a 75%+ survival rate

This is with a roughly ~0.8 pmc kills per raid because I spend half the time focusing on quests over PVP, but it's not like I avoid the pvp encounters

Yeah I do try to hurt myself as much as possible near the end of a raid but it still takes waaay too long. I think the most effective way is to literally run factory and nade myself for 50 raids in a row but that tanks my SR and feels unfun

last wipe I was level 38 at ~150 raids and still had vitality 2

So I have noticed one of the weaknesses in my game is I always seem to lose fights where I get pinned down in a room (like in dorms or something) and they push me. It always seems like they see me before I see them because I usually die before I can even get a shot off. On my screen it looks like they just come around the corner and fire once and head eyes me. Is there any way to combat this? Should I be positioning different or is the answer just "dont be in that situation to begin with"?
