Thats not entirely true. If you upgrade your stash in your hideout - ie: in game - it gets reset. Your stash size will never go below the stash size stated in the game version you own

Xsolla is garbage, a few years ago when i bought the game they refused to work with my very large and well known bank, then after a month I finally got the purchase. 1k hours on standard probably means you're pretty adept at managing a smaller stash until you max it out. EOD's only really useful at the beginning of a wipe.
