The change to 2019 from 2018 is a substantial improvement, just more under the hood and backend wise. It was only a year-ish ago that they went from the 2017 version to 2018.

Though the change will make it easier as I imagine they had to flat out rewrite some of the modules they used since version conversion tools can never do the entire job, but it will make optimization and more additions to the game go smoother in the future

I believe you were one of the people that I had this conversation wtih, but a lot of the games performance issues can be traced directly back to network configurations.

My frames are solid 70+ and I haven't had any performance issues with the game in a long while

I upgraded from rtx 2060 and 5 2600 to the aforementioned specs, and my fps saw not more than a 15% improvement, being generous

In customs i sometimes get 70 - 85 fps with those specs
