Because nothing is more rewarding than going from TOZ to meta in one shot.
Also, if you do run armor, press armor is king. It stops most scav bullets and will stop fragments from arms. Anything that would have pen'd the lvl 3, M61, 995, snb, ect, all ignore armor anyways, why spend 10x the money on armor. Press always comes back and its UHMWPE so it repairs well and cheaply.

but toz is one of the highest damage weapons in the game, and "meta" is either high dmg alpha strikes, or high ROF. everything in ebtween is inefficiant. so it fits into the single shot damage side of the meta really well, 196 damage is ... ALOT of damage and thats slug damage...

Well you can't when wipe starts, so yes, if you want a fully reseted account with nothing inspected then you'll need to reset before wipe.
