If you're getting desynch it's generally a issue between you and the server, manually select servers on the launcher to try and select more stable ones.

seems to me that as of right now the game either works really nicely or it doesn't work at all. Not sure if you've tried it yet but I would recommend fiddling with which servers you are connected to and see if that helps.
