I think the fucking flashbang shotgun needs a nerf, and i think the change would be so super easy. make it or it's ammo not be sold by traders. It's a weapon with 0 counterplay, 0 things you can do to avoid it, and it's super fucking cheep to run. At least wth the hunter you need to put an ok ish optic on it and buy expensive ammo. If you actually had to invest money into the flashbang shotgun it would be a neich gimic weapon, instead of the most powerful budget weapon in the current meta

There are only 2 guns that can kill you through any armor

AP lapua magnum and shrapnel 10

AP lapua magnum- 70K a round. Shrapnel 10? 300 a round. the weapon? 200K vs 50K. and the 50K one has the ability to blind you for incredibly long, and do it over and over again.

i'm not even saying delete it or change a single part of how it functions in game. i'm saying don't make it incredibly cheep to use.. make it an actual investment

The recoil is the same on the gun via its recoil stat regardless of ADS or not(You mentioned the exception, lasers). ADS is simply time wasted NOT shooting at the guy. Learn where the gun is pointing and hip fire; the guns barrel moves slightly when you strafe so getting used to where the bullets go is a matter of experience and a bit of luck because MOA on the gun means you can shoot the same spot on your reticle twice and hit two different places (albeit centimetres apart)

You should focus on school and not on a game. But probably thats not what you wanna hear. Did the same years ago and today i can say this was a big mistake. Whatever you wont find dead servers. You have a little chance when you select servers where its early in the morning.
The best way is to avoid pvp hotspots. Woods everywhere except shturman. Im doing it mostly on interchange with stash runs. having contact like every 3-4 raid and im done before people using outside extracts
