Yep, although I believe this the method for the Recoil skill only. If you want to level up the LMG skill, you need to hit something. I believe you'll max the xp per raid if you just shoot a scav however.

I have been trying to re-download the game for the past 24 hours, and have tried all sorts of things but i keep getting error codes at the end of the download such as,"checksum", and i tried to unzip the live file. And set the directory to it but nothing is working. And i get a backend error after i unzip the live file and try and repair after the integrity of the files has been checked. And my pc keeps blue screening which has never happened before when downloading this game. im stumped

Everyone has their favorites but I like woods. If you want to avoid conflict you're literally got thousands of trees and bushes to hide in, you can just loot up houses and find stuff like sugar (100k) and common food items 10k-50k and there's also a bunch of m4 spawns around the map (sometimes they spawn tricked out m4s) i know that food and m4s doesn't sound too good but that's just the tip of the iceberg. there's so many other items (FCond, metal/blue fuel tanks, bolts/nuts,) i'm not able to list everything just trying to give you a feel for some stuff you're able to get. Also, Zb-014 has some good crates and ive found a water filter there too (Also, not popular opinion but it's insane for scav.) if shturman spawned that raid and you're a scav you can just rush to sawmill and there's so many goodies from shturman, his guards, people who have died fighting, dead scavs, jackets, crates it's great. Also, that medical outpost place is great and even as a scav people are pretty careless as PMCs there and they miss alot, ive found multiple golden stars as a scav by going there
