Well Raid series gives you an in-depth look on how a raid usually goes, what to expect and what you should do. PVP guide gives good tips. I doubt any other guide simpler will provide anything new for you.
I’ll give you a run down for things to do in Interchange though. There are 3 main areas, Idea, Ultra/Goshan and Oli.
Idea is blue and has an area when you initially enter up the stairs forward and then to the left with 3 PCs and a couple Tetriz and GPU spawns. Power station is right behind it.
Ultra/Goshan is red. I call it the “Middle Area”, the front of it is Ultra and there is where Killa spawns and Kiba a gun store. Goshan is in the back and has food spawns.
Oli is green and has Hideout spawns, there is 3 tech stores, I only remember the name of one of them, techlight which is on the 2nd floor. And just below that near the escalator is the 2nd tech store, countuine down by the tipped furniture and there will be another tech store. Right next to Techlight is Ultra medical. It has Ledx spawns and other med spawns but is a very expensive key.
And this barely covers much of Interchange, you really just need to play and learn.

if you play CUSTOMS or RESERVE as a pmc, try to get a friendly PLAYER SCAV and extract together. you will earn a reward from fence. it is random but there is a chance for Red labs card, blue labs card, and purple labs card. as well as some random items/attachment. I have not yet got A key card but i did get a bitcoin and some nice m4 mods. so just a reminder that it pays to play together, at least during extracts. lol

I think the markers on the map are for possible AI scav spawn areas. It's not 100%. I'm not sure how early they spawn but player scavs can spawn in as early as within a minute of a raid so I'd assume AI scas do as well.
