He had textures high on streets with 8gb VRAM, so it all overflowed into his RAM and then overflowed into his paging file in his SSD, causing giga stutters

I’ve been watching my CPU and GPU usage during raids ( not really tech savvy ) but CPU rounds about 30-50% and GPU at 80-99 ALOT that would indicate that the best upgrade would be the GPU not the CPU right ? ( at least for FPS )

You are using a widescreen correct? This is probably the main cause of your performance issues. Your CPU has to compute more details as your 'scene' is larger, compared to others. Equivalent to having a higher FOV

Aight so my tips would be: Ensure LOD distance is set to lowest: '2', Put overall visibility down to: '400', Reduce your FOV (You have a widescreen so even with lower FOV you would be aight, Maybe even run a different aspect ratio, one that sacrifices a bit of your width.

You might think that widescreen would only need a beefier GPU. But since you are technically 'increasing' your FOV, the CPU has to do more work too, in an already CPU bound game. This makes ur CPU struggle and the GPU doesn't have much to do because the CPU isn't giving it frames to render fast enough, thus the low GPU usage at 10%-20%. Which answers ur initial question

Yuh nikita confirmed a mid-year wipe. One more before 1.0 wipe. Based on prev years we expect July/August. With August being the more likely case, there was a patch 16.9 to be released on August, which is the most likely candidate for a wipe patch

Since 1.0 is scheduled for late this year, we assume the intermediary wipe is gonna be a mid-year wipe in July/August. I reckon earlier rather than later as they plan on wiping again with 1.0 which they had claimed would be this year too.

Yea ear shots can be really silly sometimes, as for shotguns to legs, I imagine it's like if you had ur legs absolutely shredded by shotguns IRL, you'd be effectively dead in a combat situation

I think a fix to this could be the DBNO state. Like Shotty to legs wont insta-kill you but knock you out instead, adn ur teamates if any can come 'revive' you
