try lowering texture quality and restart game and see if that helps

Doesnt matter, what matters is do not use ceramic armor types. Best is Titanium, Light poly armors are good though and repair nice like the GAC lvl 5 and 6 armors

lvl 3 neck protection armors have been standard go to things, Osprey MK4 MTP is lvl 3 neck and combined armor rig/plate carrier, gen4 HMK or assault or full is nice, ceramic goes in zhuk and gzhel and theyre butthole.

Keep it 100 percent you’ll have a quest called the cult part 2 from peacekeeper and you need to mark the cultist circle in there with an ms2000

Sell the last 9 uses for whatever they are going for it’ll be worth it that way you don’t sell and have to buy it again later
