Seems like the issue of the account being updated between both modes is still messed up, a workaround fix for it is to always send 1 rouble from the mode you just played to the other one to force an update (will require you to do the task to unlock ref in main game, then use him to send 1 rouble to arena before opening it should sync the account)

i haven't had that issue happen to me yet all wipe, but also every time i switch between gamemodes i do send 1 rouble between to force it to update. with it being out of sync already it is a possibility you could lose some rep. forcing an update from main state side to arena side should update it in favor of you keeping all the trader rep though (might loose some arena rep if you've been doing dailies in arena)
