Yes from my understanding, that sucks hard, especially on PVE where progress is permanent, everybody is at different progress
It will be a huge pain in the ass to FIR every hideout items, if they don't lower requirements or add more crafts

Hopefully they'll change some things around, I could see it being an alright balancing change if the FIR for hidout only applied to the initial building of it, maybe the first upgrade. Now what actually fixed the map loading issue for me was clearing up space on my C drive, I had only 10gb left. Cleanup over 60 gigs, increased my pagefile to 48gb, works flawlessly.
