It’s just desync, the player disconnected from the server and has most likely reconnected, your friend that is looking at him cannot kill him or loot him because to the server he doesn’t exist in that position anymore, if your friend were to hide and restart his game, the person would be gone and the client would resync the position correctly, it’s a bug, not an exploit

You can hit the jackpot, in this case the boss and 30%, 10 times in a row. It's definitely possible, but only a small chance.
Best way to prove it is by asking every player if he saw the boss or not. But this got some serious problems. Player dying in the first few minutes doesn't know it for certain.
Other people looting only the areas without the boss spawns can't know it for certain as well

If you got somehow a way to know reliable if a boss is there and you let everyone collect the data and compress it down you will reach the percentage pretty closely how often the boss spawns

dont take my word for it, but i heard that the wipe would be somewhere around may, and given that the general idea is that it takes effect during the summer, my guess is that may is the earliest timeframe for it but not a guarantee

nobody has ever known the wipe date for tarkov.
I've played since the second wipe, I've never known the wipe date, not even the day before it happened.
You know when the pre-wipe flash sale happens that it's a couple days left usually, but that's about the only sign you will get.

If someone says that wipe will happen on x date, they're more likely lying. Make sure to ask for verification of that date, and a proper verification, first hand source.

only benefit is u wont have people crab walking up 5m behind u and then suddenly killing u cuz u can hear them

and if u meet someone they wont go silent and crouch to a good position they either have to make sound or stand still in a bad position (in the open for example)

I think sticking to their word to give eod owners free access to all future dlc would have done wonders for their reputation, they have been taking steps in the right direction recently with community feedback and fast changes in game. This just pushes all of that work back and soils the company in the eyes of the community. If they had given the pve mode to me for free, I would have been more than happy to spend a bit more on future expansions in order to support the project.
