I found this on tarkov forum : Final Solution: Move what loot you want into your inventory as you can (you will need to Alt+F4 every time you get flashing item bug). It may take a few tries. Once you are done, hit "Sell All" to Fence and confirm it. It will bug out again. Alt+F4 one more time and it should take you back to the main menu with the loot you moved over! Hope this helps!

The controls are saved within the control.ini file - if Arena is using an older version of the control-file it will detect the newer version as invalid and create a new file with the default settings - if you are launching Tarkov again it will detect the old version and mark it as invalid and create again a new one. Your only solution for now would be to backup the control.ini file for Arena and Tarkov and just copy it to the directory for the game which you wanna play. Same thing happened already at the ETS pretty often
