If running the launcher as admin doesn't help, turn windows defender off temporarily. If that helps you need to white list the launcher folder and the game folder (and reboot and try again).

BSG had everything under control, until Tarkov exploded in popularity, at least that's how I see it. Even though they're a studio headed by people that've worked on games before, none were even a fraction as popular as Tarkov is and will continue to be for a while
