I'll give that blend a try, I made two different batches with what I had on hand instead of shopping specifically for it

Mix cheese + eggs together in a pot. Then once you put your pasta in your pan with your pancetta/guanciale/thick cut bacon you take a bit of the pasta water and you temper the eggs/cheese (pour a tiny bit into the egg/cheese mix and mix) this is to help prevent the eggs from scrambling when you pour it into the pan with the pasta/meat

Also, don't be shy with the pepper!

You go to a good Italian resturant and they'll put A LOT of pepper in it

And yup, that's more or less the process I went with. I put the meat on last though, treated it more like spaghetti and sauce

Most people cook the meat to get it crispy on the outside, then pull out the pasta from the water straight into the pan with the bacon (that's cooked), turn the heat off and then prep the egg/cheese mix, you pour it onto the spagetti/meat and stir a lot to prevent the egg from scrambling, turn the heat back on and keep moving it all around, keep doing this until all the cheese is melted.

A great utensil to have is a silicone spatula, because you can run it over the pan once you plate up (warm plates, never on cold plates!) and make sure you get as much of the sauce as possible!

Out of curiosity, I've got a few different pasta sauce recipes depending on what it's going on. How do you make your and do you start from a tomato base it a paste base?

The biggest problem for tomato bases... is the lack of good fresh tomatos, get them from grocer / local farm and try and get roma tomatos. Supermarket canned tomatos are shit. Other than that fresh basil and fresh parsley!

Makes all the difference

I go for white onions for tomato bases, even though for everything else I prefer red onions. For every onion, I add 2 carrots, 2 sticks of celery and 2 chopped garlic cloves.

Other than that, good olive oil and then salt and pepper to taste

A lot of people use tomato paste to bring some richer tomato flavor, which is a good idea if you can't get good tomatos

I usually tend to shy away from celery though, I can only get imported stuff and it always gives the sauce a odd bitter undertaste

For any sort of report we require video evidence, but BSG doesn't take cheater reports via video anymore. Report them at the end.

And I can tell you for certain what you know, and what actually will happen are two different things

Personally i hold that report system for non-effective in some particular cases. I dont know the actual numbers, but just the fact that your Reports doesnt count if you report too much is something discouraging. Imagine maining Labs and get destroyed by the same group of cheaters raid to raid
