That depends, do you like running western gear? (M4, Mp5, etc) prioritize peacekeeper. If you like Aks, You can build pretty good budget guns with skier and prapor lvl 2.

The game vaguely describes them, and generally you can find them by that description. Customs, for example, has a series of little bunkers that are exfils, you look for the entrances. Customs also has one called crossroads, which is a pretty obvious large intersection behind the large red customs building.
