dont trust everything the guide says..it sucks that you cant, but the game isnt complete and changes like every other day. you gain exp from the amount of time you spend in raid, and once you cross a threshold you no longer have the run through status

It all depends on the person. There are some people who could care less they will take your stuff no matter what. Then player SCAVs don't care and they will take your stuff no matter what mostly because the person that killed you has taken your dogtag and they can't tell what LVL you are. But then there are truly compassionate people who remember what it was like to start off and have that some what nice ADAR and know how much it sucked to lose it. So they will grab it and throw it in a bush for you.

Double tapping O only shows you the possible extract zones for your spawn. They aren't always open for you. Every spawn has a set "guaranteed" extract. The ones with ??? Are optional extracts. They can be open or cannot be. Only way to know is to check it
Some of those are marked with big lights/green smokes/fire pits. It depends on the map and which one your looking at
