i would suggest learning where popular loot spots are, and when you should go to them in a raid and when to avoid them if you cant handle the geared dudes

Sounds like high level armor then, class 5 and 6 have straight damage reduction that's then applied to the armor and body.

Chat. I have been gaming on a 60hz monitor for years and actually want to upgrade now. I've found a monitor that I like but before buying it, I wanted to ask - is it worth me thinking about getting a 2560x1440 monitor? Or should I stick to 1080?
Should probably add, that I have 3 monitors and I do stream. So idk if that will hinder me playing in 1440 or not.

The ideal engagement in Tarkov isn't a face to face gunfight, it's a one-sided engagement using grenades, ambush tactics, or straight up outmaneuvering your opponent. If you can't safely engage a opponet, think about if you really NEED to engage them.
tl:dr shoot at them without giving them the ability to shoot at you.
