You should be solid. Because of the nature of the garbage engine they used to make this game. It runs really well on some systems but runs like absolute garbage on others my system is worse than yours and I have problems all the time and lag constantly. With an average of about 25 fps. But it runs. With your system your probably going to get high fifties mid sixties most of the time except maybe on reserve where you might dip into the low fifties acasionaly. Expect acassional crashes and freezes but that happens to literally everyone.
I'm actually about to upgrade to a 6GB DR6 GPU and that should fix most of my problems

@past yoke This goes back to what I was talking about. TARKOV IS essentially held together by duct tape and rubber bands. The engine has been stressed far beyond what it was meant to do and unfortunately the developers have stated that they can't go to another engine because they would basically have to start from 0 when they should have just started with unreal 4 something from get go. Most likely it's a driver issue That could be patched out with the next patch from tarkov. You could see if your GPU has a driver update available

usually if ur pc was overheating it would just shut off completley and not freeze
so I would try downloading MSI afterburner its a gpu monitoring app which lets you change your GPU fan speed manually

I don't think it's hypocritical, it's the sentiment of 'If I had to go through it, you have to', which is just as bad.
Thankfully we are getting something analogous to a tutorial soon-ish since Tarkov desperately needs one for plenty of reasons.
Though in lieu of one I would suggest making excessive use of offline mode, learning spawns, and preparing accordingly since despite seeming like it late-wipe Factory is the second least newbie friendly map in the game next to Labs.

You just wait for a timer to expire once you're in a zone, however not all extracts in the O menu are open all the time.
Some are only open at a certain time, require keys, certain activation conditions, or straight up money.

If the devs really didn't want to pay 30% to steam they'd just make their own website and distribute it themselves. But for most indies the price of setting all that up may not be worth it and it doesn't give them all the free publicity steam provides.

Since they also need money for their next project
You have to finance a game before selling it

Buying the game on steam compared to buying tarkov from it's own website as it is now, steam is miles easier. You don't have to deal with the payment processor BSG uses that takes more from you. (They still do that right?)
