I get only 100FPS when I am "outside" of tarkov. By outside I mean.. outside of a building of course. The problem isn't my rig, or the game. it's just, facts. I have a GTX1080, 16gb of ram DDR4, game installed on nvme, and a i7 8700K delid.
But I play in 1440p, so, needs more power. So I got it, I wont get more than 100 outside even with lowsest graphics sand such. You... guys... Do you think it's still playable at 100FPS outside ? Like should I private my self to play the game because of my low FPS outside ? When I'm in the plank I get 190FPS for example. I've been told that this is normal, because newer games aren't really optimized for 1440p. But is 100FPS still playable you think ?

It's when you do a 180degree with the mouse or when you look rapidly from a place to another, I can feel the 100FPS / 144FPS lost, like it feels jaggy. I tried a couple of times 60hz monitors and it was unplayable completely all was "lagging" when I was moving the mouse

As far as I know, no. That kinda defeats the point of Tarkov though, as long as you're able to properly approach a situation a 5-man is a doable fight, even as a solo.

Though sometimes it's physically impossible to properly approach certain locations so that comes down to a players threat assessment capabilities.

I know they understand ambushes and tactical maneuvers and I would be very interested in hearing if they agree that in "majority" of battle situations in a 1 v 5 if they think the 5 would win most of the tinme

I think military service members would say yes 5 man team would kill a 1 man team about 90% of time

that is my exact point is how many things there are to consider and having a team of 5 covers way more than what 1 person can do. again I am speaking in a purely tactical combat situation which is definitely what tarkov is. I think everyone would agree there

Considering Tarkov, there's also a fair chance that all of the 5-mans coordination comes down to is relatively similar callouts, most players tactical capability in this game don't go beyond flaking but I've watched some Sherpas and far more experienced players pick apart large groups. Most break and scatter the moment you drop one of them at range.
