I'll suggest that the current recoil system needs a rework.
Semi and burst do have more " punch" and fa has more "shove" so in that aspect it's doing a decent job representing them on their own.
The issue comes into play with things like controlled pairs vs 2 burst vs mag dump

think an alright fix would be to reduce the visual recoil on semi, and increase it on FA, and add a "buff" to recoil control on single fire.
but I don't know how i'd go about implementing that.

The way zeroing functions is not changed.
They have a base zero of 50, and from their calculate the 100-150 and 200 based on drag.
But they base it off a single round for each class.
i.e M80 is the zero base for 7,62x51 nato
We can see this most expressed in the US ammo.
If you fire at a wall 100m away with PS ammo and US ammo, then cycle through the zeros, the PS and US ammo will produce the same vertical string , but meters apart in evl

It was super fucking agressive so minor changes in velocity changed the point of impact drastically
That's why for a long time I used m61 as my primary sniping round, it had 30% less drop than m80, and 45% less than m62.
Thus, I did not need to be as precise with my range calls.

I've swapped to m80 since they closed the gap in it's verticle path.
M80 being "about as good" ballstically, but allowing me to have a 1 tap against 60% of my targets with a much larger hit zone .
is much more important than the slight gains in danger space.
instead of being focused on heads , I can target torso's which has upped my running kills significantly.
If I swaped to m61, i'd lose that. MY hit rate might go up, but my kill rate would tank.

If you really wanted to test zeroing on the vss for your self, Take diffrent ammo in a raid and find a space with a 200M line of sight, aim at the same point with a 50m zero and walk back after firing a single round of each ammo. You will watch the gaps change in poi.
