Quick question about long range sniping.. I am running an M110 .338. I am using the Schmidt and bender 5-25 scope. At 700 meters i range scope at max of 450 and still have to aim well past the lowest mil-dot on the scope. Is this normal? I find it odd that a .338 would have that much drop. Would another scope be better for these ranges or one that matches better with this rifle.

FMJ flies better actually so you're good there . The markings on the 5-25 S&B have an error in them. If you look at the 4th mil. 4-5 is larger than any other mil so it throws the whole thing off

That said 700. Should only be around 4.2 mils of hold over with a 450m zero

The mk5 HD is my go to for over 700m. But I think you'll have good performance from the 3-24 March tactical or the 3-20 S&B. Though you're starting to get to the limits of the 3-20 reticle at 700m

The 4-14 hensoldt is also pretty solid too imo

i tried the S&B 3-24 but i was having to aim past mil dots so it was very inacurate since i was holding target inside the bertical line and guessing elevation hold. Will give the other 2 a try. I dont shoot this far often in game but on light house it works well.

Hello everyone, I just got a new pc, with these Specs 3080, intel i9 12000k, 64 gb ddr5, and a platinum 750 watts psu, and I downloaded tarkov, the 1st raid everything was fine, but then after the second raid my computer started re starting itself after 1 or 2 mins of being in game, it does not give me any errors and it does not do it with any other game, the cpu is around 40-45 degrees while playing tarkov so I dont know what do. Has anyone had a similar issue or knows how to fix it?

The rtx single handily pulls 750 watts and you need 150-200 watts more that the gpu requirement so you proboly need a new psu and also make sure the pc is connected straight into the wall and not into a extension cable
