I havent played the new one but the old one was basically russian fallout the AI behaves similar to the AI in tarkov and you can loot but I dont remember being a hide out. There are traders and quest givers throughout the land but you can trade with pretty much anyone

Ryzen 7 3700x/rx5700xt. had a lot of stutter with 16gb of ram. went up to 64gb and it ironed it out with slightly better graphics on my end

Check USEC Chalet at Lighthouse. Ive been encountering them over there. But be careful goons like to spawn there as well.

You have it backwards, you should target a desired FPS and resolution to figure out what build will make sense
And remember that this game is a beta, and should not be used as a barometer for FPS, as it is wildly unpredictable from system to system
1080P = CPU bound
1440P = mixed
3440 = GPU bound
This doesn’t take into consideration, Ram, graphics settings or ultrawide
Even after building it you may still not get the desired FPS due to things like bad thermal conditions or poor optimization on literally everything in the system

thats actually not true, its a whole balance between user privacy and cheater prevention. There's only so much you can do as a developer, and its always a losing a battle. People find a new way around your anticheat, you do a ban wave, it happens again
