Im still getting server connection loss everytime i enter into raid. I have done everything the support sites suggest. I have aldo contacted my isp to ensure my ivp4 and ivp6 are dual stack and they are. I was able to play for a week and a half with no problems then after this patch i started having connection loss issues. Any ideas on what i should do? What I think is happening is that whoever you talked to at your ISP doesn't know what they're talking about and told you what you wanted to hear. Fiber connections are the most common to have the dual stack lite problem.

It's too late for us. Save yourself.
The game is a commitment - it's not something you should pick up casually. There's no skill based match-making, no tutorial, no usable in-game maps, nothing to help you in the least. However, it's incredibly rewarding to overcome that challenge.
If you don't have a lot of time, or much desire to learn the tiny details that go along with Tarkov, or if you're looking for something you can pick up for an hour and start to have some easy fun - this is not the game for you, maybe the PvE mode.
If you are looking to join in - the community (though not entirely) is quite useful and it's very easy to find people willing to help as a new player.
