i feel they need to work on the whole class selection idea, the fact that people who arent even in the same ranking as you can be in the same match above and or below creates a large advantage/disadvantage depending on where you are. plus i feel then need to have you select your class within a certain range before the match and allow you to swap to move evenly matched kits in game depending on how things go

That is a battleye error. Try allowing the 2 game exes from each game and the launcher exe in the windows firewall as public and private.
