Snipers can be everywhere, most quests are in the Water Treatment Plant, just to be able to get inside you have to wipe out the entire plant (your only reliable option to do so is cheesing them from afar, can't do shit up close) and player Scavs spawn in pretty much immediately after a raid starts

Lighhouse... you can either ignore conflict entirely... seek it out... or just loot and never see a player... its a big map... if you know where to go... its very "free" . . . it HAS the L of shame though... but... shoreline... is just open... there is nothing... its empty... there are no scav for the missions where you need to kill a million... and worst is... every bush has a dude inside... cause there aint any other ways to travel "savely" around the map

From another pc that is not infected with malware please change your email's password and add 2 step verification on your email. Make sure there's no email forwarding nor backup emails added.
Then reset your tarkov password and reformat your main pc. (reformat optional but it's highly likely your main pc is infected with malware of some kind).
