There are no officially resold keys on any website. There are many problems that are common, from buying a RU region key that requires you to basically pay full price to upgrade to an edition that can launch in the USA/EU to being a stolen key, which when this is found out and fixed by the card holder, the game key will be removed from your account. We only recommend buying from the official website.
