Fence rep is eh and honestly don't focus too much on it. You want to scav as little as possible. If you are able to consistently do money runs on your pmc and not have to scav all those money obtaining raids are giving you xp and skill levels on your pmc which is massive for quicker progression.

I did both 15scav kills on woods and 5 without armor a few days ago. After a few runs I found out that Scav Bunker is THE place to go. They just don't stop spawning there, it was almost terrifying. Every 30sec 1 or 2 more showed up. Easy farm and few PMCs go there.

That’s an old post, the config isn’t located there anymore. It’s in the appdata folder now. But you can’t set the refresh rate in there anymore

So im new to tarkov and only have 10 hours in the game and I was playing some solo scav runs for some loot and I came out of the scav run with a tier 6 slick body armour and I told my friend about it (he has 1000+ hours in the game) and he almost had a seizure what do I do with it? do I sell it (it sells for 230,000) or do i keep it and use it in the future?
