It's partly armor, but also bringing CMS/Surv12s. Basically, it's almost impossible to prevent losing a leg/arm without using really specific armors, but if you have a CMS you can fix it up if you survive the fight. Or even mid fight if you're crazy

All maps have their own loot pool, and loot multiplier. The higher multiplier the more loot.

The early and mid wipe, quest items are gonna be targeted by questers - so they are harder to find.

People with 100 mill do loot everything they can, they got 100 mill by looting.
