Check the wiki or a map though. Some keys open doors that don't exist and can be vendored, and some rooms can be accessed by choosing 1 of 2 doors -- you dont need both keys

It's a well known bug with Binural audio. Many sounds in tarkov originate inside the character because steam audio doesn't (yet) have the data to calculate the distance. The best example is when a scav spawns and immediately sounds out as if right behind you.

The sound is real, the location is not accurate. After a moment the sound does become accurate

there are places to find guns laying about, but for the most part you pry them out of the dead hands of others

depending on the map and all

they aren't just laying about in the field though

most of the items in the game have a sense to why they would be somewhere

most of my gun acquisitions come as a scav, looting areas where there are lots of dead... then i use them on my pmc.

9mm is fine if you combine AP or PBP with large magazines and fast fire rate. Penetration is high enough to deal with most players and even if they wear a class 5 or 6 the amount of bullets you'll send in their direction will quickly chew through the armor (pretty much like flechette works).

Roof top guys are pretty easy to do, but it's the guys that hang around building 2 that I struggled with, maybe try waiting for last 15 minutes and then trying in case other players have killed all the rougues

and,, if possible, try and to work on more than 1 quest per raid, not to completion necessarily, but for example if you've got the initial "kill scavs on woods" quest and the "spend 5 minutes dehydrating" you can kill some scavs and then spend the rest of the time, just before exit, dehydrating in some bush

takes some planning and studying the quests, but it's one of the best ways to get xp
